RJ Baxter is a writer, speaker, mortgage loan originator, and host of the Real Estate Agent Superstars podcast. He has used the Ultimate Daily Success Plan to consistently be among the top 1% in his field and has helped hundreds of families achieve the dream of home ownership over his two plus decade mortgage career. Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he graduated from the University of Iowa with a teaching degree in 1995 and moved to Colorado in 2001 where he embarked on his mortgage industry career, later completing an MBA from the University of Colorado. He currently resides in Lone Tree, Colorado with his wife and two children and enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, scuba diving, and golfing.
