Natasha Jackson, Loan Setup: Natasha is the friendly voice that you will hear answer the phone. She is our branch disclosure specialist and is also in charge of ordering appraisals and other loan services. Hailing from Indiana originally, Natasha has a life dream of publishing her own poetry book.
Todd Barrett, Loan Partner: Todd's role is to help with your initial loan application and pre-approval, and is your go-to during the loan process. He can help with quotes for Denver Mortgage Rates as well as help with questions before during or after the loan process. Todd is a Denver Native, and wants to someday own a home in Big Sky, MT.
Kyle Randall, Loan Partner: Kyle is our other loan partner, and has the same role as Todd. Kyle was a chef for over 10 years and spent time running a bistro in Australia.
Ann Cline, Processor: Ann Prepares loan files for submission to underwriting once you are under contract on your home. Ann has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She is a cancer survivor, and wants to write a book one day about her experience.
Alison Egbers, Client Relations: Alison is in charge of client outreach, branch marketing, event planning, and overall making sure you have an outstanding experience working with us. Alison is originally from Iowa.
RJ Baxter, Team Leader: RJ's job as the team leader is to continuously improve processes to make sure the loan process is as easy as possible for our clients. He is driven by a passion to help as many families as possible realize the dream of home ownership and to have a great experience when obtaining their financing. RJ is originally from Iowa, and has lived in Colorado since 2001.
