Jenny Usaj joins us to share the story of Usaj Realty, how she went from part time agent to building a powerhouse brokerage in Colorado. She shares her tips on building a successful real estate business, whether you are an individual agent or building a brokerage, including leveraging great people, technology, and SOPs, as well as utilizing cutting edge marketing strategies such as video marketing. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from one of the best in Denver!

Jenny and her husband Anton Usaj, a retired Denver firefighter, started the company in 2011 in order to create a collaborative and productive environment for real estate professionals to grow their careers and provide phenomenal service to Denver home buyers and sellers.

Pronounced “you say,” Usaj Realty is the brainstorm of Anton and his wife Jenny who met in Denver in 2006 and began the company five years later. Located in Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, the company has grown to include a bevy of brokers and a dedicated support staff. In addition to listing residential and commercial properties, the company also helps developers with the marketing and sales of their projects.

As a boutique real estate company, Anton says the driver of the business comes from Jenny’s “brains” and his “can do” attitude. Both had real estate experience prior to launching the company, from Anton flipping houses in Denver and Jenny’s upbringing in Houston where she helped her dad “fix and flip” homes.

The Usaj name comes from Slovenia, where Anton’s grandfather immigrated from after World War II. As one of six children, his grandfather left behind many relatives in Crnice (population 400) and settled in Cleveland, Ohio. Decades later, the Usaj lineage has gained a namesake west of the Mississippi, right here in Denver. Jenny and Anton took a memorable trip to Slovenia for the first time in the spring of 2016 to visit relatives who still reside there.
