Buying a brand new home? You may think you don't need a home inspection, it's new after all, right? The answer is actually the opposite; you absolutely should get a home inspection!

It's shocking how many things come up on a new build home that are either not complete, done wrong, or broken. I've even heard of collapsed sewer lines! Imagine moving in to your brand new home, and the first time you flush the toilet, you get a sewer back up!

The great thing about discovering these inspection items is that your home should have a one year warranty, or you can add these things to your punch list and get them fixed for free by the builder.
