Good morning. I'm RJ Baxter with Intercap lending with your Saturday strategy. I am here with my one year old puppy, Opal. She's right here. She is here to help me today with the strategy. And Opal and I both wanted to express our gratitude for each and every one of you with Thanksgiving coming up this week. Just want to say thank you for an incredible year. Even though it's been a little bit slower this year, it has been an awesome year, and I'm grateful for each and every one of you. I hope you all have some fun plans with your family and friends this upcoming week. So let's get on with the strategy. So this week I wanted to talk about this time of the year and what is going on this time of the year. 

Historically, a slower time of year, but I talked to an agent just yesterday who's having his best month of the year in November, which is just crazy to think of. And why is that happening? It's because he is taking action right now to capitalize on market share. There are people looking to buy right now. There's people looking to buy in January. There's people looking to buy and sell a home in February. So now is the time to take action and get after it. It's easy this time of year to get caught up in business planning, which is a great thing, and a lot of us are doing that right now. 

But don't let planning for what you're going to start doing January 1 be a distraction or an excuse to not take action right now, because the seeds that you plant right now will ensure that you hit the ground running starting in January. So look for those opportunities, get out there and take action right now. Despite the fact that it's the holiday season traditionally a downtime, it's the activities that you do right now that are going to lead to success a couple, three months from now and moving forward. So that's my strategy for this week. Not a time to sit back on your laurels and to take a break. Now is a great time to get out there because other agents aren't doing that.
